Sound Meditation for Selichot (via Zoom)

About the event

On the morning following Selichot, the cusp of the Jewish New Year, experience a unique and holy sound meditation devoted to compassion and forgiveness. Hazzan Shayndel Adler will be our guide on this journey, weaving together sound and silence with Himalayan singing bowls, Hebrew chant, Native American flute, drum, gong, lyre, chimes, bells and tingsha.  The vibrational healing attributes of the instruments, accompanied with prayer and intention create a deeply relaxing experience that will leave you feeling uplifted and transformed.

What to expect? The sound meditation will be happening live-time, through quality microphones and the magic of zoom. You will lie down in a comfortable, quiet location in your own home with access to zoom either through a computer, phone or other device and optional headphones or speakers.  People of all faiths and paths are invited to attend.

Registration is a two-step process.

1. Please send $36 donation via venmo.com to @shayndeladler.

2. Then enter your full name and email to rsvp on this web page. After receipt of payment, you will be emailed the zoom link.

Thank you!
