Shayndel received her cantorial ordination from ALEPH, Alliance for Jewish Renewal.  

Shayndel is an ordained

Kohenet, Hebrew Priestess

and a Kol Zimra, Hebrew Chant Leader. 

She has served as a prayer & ritual leader and educator in Jewish communities for over twenty-eight years.

Healing Practitioner

​

Shayndel earned her Holistic Health Practitioner certification from

Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in 2007. She completed levels 1,2, 3 & 4 at  

Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School and is a certified Sound and Vibrational Therapy practitioner.

In addition, she is a Reiki Master and a

 Soul Memory Discovery Facilitator.

Singing Teacher

​

Shayndel is a certified teacher of

'Uncovering the Voice,' a spiritual and therapeutic singing method also known as Werbeck singing.  She has taught singing at elementary schools and in private practice since 2005.

Educator

​

Shayndel has been a professional educator since 1997. She has a CA Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential and B.A. in Education from Humboldt State University.  She is an experienced Waldorf Teacher and also served as a homeschool education consultant.
