Sound Meditation for Selichot

About the event

On the day after Leil Selichot, the cusp of the Jewish New Year, bathe yourself in  a unique and holy sound meditation devoted to compassion and forgiveness. Sound and silence will resonate and stream through Himalayan singing bowls, Hebrew chant, Native American flute, drum, gong, lyre, chimes, bells and tingsha.  The vibrational healing attributes of the instruments, accompanied with prayer and intention create a deeply relaxing experience that will leave you feeling uplifted and transformed.

What to expect? The sound meditation will be happening live-time, through quality microphones and the magic of an online portal. You will lie down in a comfortable, quiet location in your own home with access to the session either through a computer, phone or other device and optional headphones or speakers.  People of all faiths and paths are invited to attend.
