What to expect? You will lie down in a comfortable location in your own home, by the glow of candlelight and allow the Hebrew chant, 'Ner Havayah, nishmat adam hovays kol hadrey vatem', 'My soul is the flame of G-d, that searches the inner chambers' to bring you warmth and light during the darkest time of the year. The chant will be immersed in waves of sound healing with Himalayan bowls and other healing instruments.
