Experience a transcendent 'Mincha Menucha Sound Meditation' and allow yourself to drift on a spiritual flow of the mincha (afternoon) prayers interwoven with the vibrational healing waves of Himalayan singing bowls, flute, lyre, gong, chimes and bells. In Hebrew, mincha means 'gift and offering' and menucha means 'rest, calm and serenity'.
